Alicia
Alicia is a BCRPA certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Weight Trainer. She has been passionate about dance and fitness for many years. She is the owner of Langley Dance Fitness and the Creator of Dumbbell Beats. She knows how tough it can be to fit exercise into a busy schedule, and how essential balance is to daily life. Alicia’s classes are fun and upbeat. She doesn’t take herself too seriously and encourages her students to drop their cares at the door and enjoy their time in class.

Sara
Sara is a Dance Fitness Instructor and a fourth-year student at Trinity Western University. After spending a couple of years as a dedicated student in class, she made the leap to the front of the room—bringing her signature energy and passion to every workout. Sara is known for her friendly and approachable style, and she has a natural ability to make everyone feel seen, welcome, and encouraged. Her classes are high-energy, fun, and full of heart—guaranteed to leave you smiling and sweaty.

Jenn
Jenn is a Dance Fitness Instructor, Clinical Counsellor, and mom. She grew up dancing and is grateful to have performed throughout BC and Alberta. Her classes are a joyful fusion of dance party and workout (with the occasional burst of karaoke!), designed to help you move with confidence. She’s always happy to go over choreography until you feel comfortable. Jenn’s warm and welcoming presence makes everyone feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door.
