  • Alicia

    Alicia is a BCRPA certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Weight Trainer as well as a certified SHiNE dance fitness instructor. She has been passionate about dance and fitness for many years. She is the owner of Langley Dance Fitness. She knows how tough it can be to fit exercise into a busy schedule, and how essential balance is to daily life.

    Alicia’s classes are fun and upbeat. She doesn’t take herself too seriously and encourages her students to drop their cares at the door and enjoy their time in class.

  • Brin

    Brin is a REFIT Dance Fitness instructor and a first year elementary school teacher. She has been doing REFIT with her mom for over 10 years and became an instructor in 2021. She taught dance fitness classes at Trinity Western University for three years, spreading joy and a love for fitness. Brin strongly believes in REFIT’s mission that every body belongs. No matter what, you are worth the workout. 

    Brin’s classes are a playful, high energy party that will make you sweat! She often brings a little humour, sass, and drama into her moves. She loves to sing along and encourages her participants to let loose during her class. 

  • Jenn

    Jenn is a SHiNE Dance Fitness Instructor, Clinical Counsellor, and mom. She grew up dancing and is grateful to have performed throughout BC and Alberta. Her classes are a joyful fusion of dance party and workout (with the occasional burst of karaoke!), designed to help you move with confidence. She’s always happy to go over choreography until you feel comfortable.

    Jenn’s warm and welcoming presence makes everyone feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door.

  • Joanne

    Joanne is a dedicated Dance Fitness Instructor with more than 13 years of experience leading high-energy, community-focused Zumba classes.

    She strongly believes that fitness isn’t about being better than someone else, but about becoming a stronger version of who you were yesterday, both physically and mentally. Joanne values the unity, joy, and shared energy that group fitness creates, and she has built lasting bonds with participants in both Saskatoon and the Lower Mainland.

    Her classes are uplifting, meaningful, and grounded in community.

  • Sara

    Sara is a SHiNE Dance Fitness Instructor and a fourth-year student at Trinity Western University. After spending a couple of years as a dedicated student in class, she made the leap to the front of the room—bringing her signature energy and passion to every workout.

    Sara is known for her friendly and approachable style, and she has a natural ability to make everyone feel seen, welcome, and encouraged. Her classes are high-energy, fun, and full of heart—guaranteed to leave you smiling and sweaty.

  • Jodi

    Jodi is a SHiNE Dance Fitness Instructor-in-Training and a full-time optician. She has been participating in dance fitness for over seven years and looks forward to taking class every week. Dancing as a workout has been a consistently uplifting and motivating part of her life, especially within such a supportive and encouraging community.

    Jodi’s passion for movement and community shines through, and she looks forward to welcoming even more people to share the joy of dancing together!
