At Langley Dance Fitness, we believe that dance is for everyone. Our mission is to create an inclusive and empowering space where women of all backgrounds and experience levels can come together to enjoy the joy of dance and the benefits of physical fitness. We offer classes that are tailored to support, inspire, and uplift each participant. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the dance floor for the first time, our classes invite you to embrace the rhythm, have fun, and feel invigorated through joyful movement!

Meet Your Instructor

Alicia is a BCRPA certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Weight Trainer. She has been passionate about dance and fitness for many years. She is a full-time Mom who manages a couple of part-time jobs and prioritizes involvement in her community. She knows how tough it can be to fit exercise into a busy schedule, and how essential balance is to daily life. She is excited about bringing Dance Fitness to the Langley Community!

What to Expect

Joining a class at Langley Dance Fitness is an invitation to have fun, move your body, and embrace the joy of dance. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or trying it out for the first time, you’ll find an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance here. As you step into the class, you’ll be greeted by our experienced instructor who will guide you through a series of easy-to-follow dance routines, set to energetic music. The classes are designed to accommodate participants of all levels, so you can move at your own pace and comfort. Dress in comfortable attire that allows for movement, and don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Expect to leave each session feeling invigorated, uplifted, and inspired by the shared experience of dance.
